Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Write daily activity reports and log all incidents, disturbances, and suspicious activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances to determine if emergency services are required
- Screen visitors and employees to prevent unauthorized access to company premises
- Operate security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus
- Valid security guard license or certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a security role
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Good physical condition to perform patrols and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring systems
