As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring safety and order. You will patrol premises, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to emergencies with professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of premises.
- Monitor and control access at the entrance and exits, issuing visitor passes and checking identification.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid if necessary and coordinating with emergency services.
- Write daily incident reports and maintain accurate security logs for review.
- Conduct regular checks of fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, and alarm systems.
- Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while strictly enforcing security rules and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Industry Card (SIC) is preferred (Training Provided).
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Basic computer literacy for report generation and log entry.
- Willingness to undergo additional training and career progression programs.
