In this role, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our security network, ensuring the highest standards of physical and operational security for one of Singapore’s most sensitive facilities.
As a SOC Operator, you will utilize state-of-the-art surveillance technology and integrated security systems to monitor, identify, and mitigate potential threats in real-time. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control alarms, and perimeter intrusion detection systems in a 24/7 high-security environment.
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) during security incidents, emergencies, or system alerts.
- Conduct professional communication with on-site security personnel and emergency responders via radio and telecommunication systems.
- Maintain accurate, detailed incident logs and daily security reports for management review.
- Perform regular health checks on security hardware and report any malfunctions or technical failures immediately.
- Coordinate site access for authorized personnel, contractors, and visitors while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of emergency evacuation procedures and fire safety drills when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Possess a valid PLRD Security License (Security Officer/Senior Security Officer grade).
- Previous experience working in a SOC environment, command center, or critical infrastructure facility is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (inclusive of weekends and public holidays).
