Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations to ensure protocol compliance and operational efficiency
- Supervise security personnel to maintain discipline, performance standards, and professional conduct
- Monitor and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all security activities
- Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless security operations and address operational concerns
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting
- Implement emergency response protocols and coordinate crisis management procedures
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required; security certifications preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in security operations or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Thorough knowledge of security protocols, SOPs, and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency situations
- Valid Malaysian security officer license/certification
- Proficient in incident documentation and reporting systems
