Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the protection of company assets and personnel.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities and take necessary actions according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, occurrences, and incident reports.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Operate and monitor security surveillance equipment, such as CCTV systems, to detect irregularities.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting authorized visitors and guiding them to their destinations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a security training course is highly preferred.
- Valid Security License (or willingness to obtain one) as required by local regulations.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a security or similar protection role.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure or in emergency situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties that may require standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response protocols and first-aid certification is a plus.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
