Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor resort premises, including buildings, grounds, and common areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential security risks or suspicious activities
- Control access points, verify identification of visitors, and manage visitor registration
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Assist with crowd control during special events or peak seasons
- Operate security equipment including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and communication devices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education or security certification is preferred
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is highly desirable
- Valid security guard license and permits as required by local regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrols
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is advantageous
