Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Lead and mentor a team of security personnel through training and performance management
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to security incidents
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to identify and address vulnerabilities
- Manage access control systems and verify visitor credentials
- Coordinate emergency responses and liaise with law enforcement agencies
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and security improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience
- Valid Security Supervisor certification from Singapore Police Force
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and access control systems
- Knowledge of Singapore's security regulations and emergency procedures
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
