Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the security team to ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security patrols to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols and evacuation plans.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and detailed activity briefings for management.
- Coordinate security schedules and training programs for new and existing personnel.
- Manage security equipment, including surveillance systems, access control, and communication tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact during security breaches or emergency situations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security or protective services industry.
- Possess a valid Security Guard/Supervisor License as required by local regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on discipline and ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CCTV monitoring systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions quickly.
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in or willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro.
