Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations for convention center premises
- Lead and mentor security personnel through training and performance management
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol facilities to prevent security breaches
- Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns
- Develop and maintain security protocols aligned with hospitality industry standards
- Collaborate with event organizers to coordinate venue-specific security measures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Preferably with background in hospitality or tourism industry (hotels, conventions, airlines)
- Minimum 2 years security supervisory experience
- Valid security guard certification and firearms permit (if applicable)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CCTV operation and access control systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness to perform standing patrols and emergency response duties
