Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily security operations for assigned sites and facilities.
- Supervise and train security personnel to ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Monitor access control points and verify credentials to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily activity logs.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure all security equipment and surveillance systems are functioning correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
- Valid license or certification in security management (e.g., SIP, PI) is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to reside in the Samarinda or Balikpapan area.
- Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties as required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
