We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Operations Manager to join our leadership team in Singapore.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our security divisions. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency within your assigned unit. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily security operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all assigned sites.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of security officers and operational staff to maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigate security threats.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing operational concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage operational budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and ensure the team is prepared to handle crisis situations effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in security operations, facility management, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the security sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of local security regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices in Singapore.
- Proficiency in using security management software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Security Industry License (SOL) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
