Join Bali Ocean Magic as a dedicated Security Supervisor at Waterbom Bali, Indonesia's premier water park. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and assets. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment while delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele. You will lead a team of security personnel, implement safety protocols, and respond swiftly to any incidents that may arise during our peak operating hours.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of daily security routines, including patrol duties, access control, and the monitoring of surveillance systems. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism within your team. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with guests, resolve conflicts peacefully, and collaborate with local authorities when necessary.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations and patrol schedules within Waterbom Bali.
- Monitor CCTV systems and access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Respond immediately to emergencies, accidents, or security breaches.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Supervise and mentor security personnel to ensure high standards of conduct.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain security logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Valid security license or certificate (e.g., SIPA, SIMAK).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using security management software and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
