Vitro, Inc. is seeking a highly vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Supervisor to join our security operations team in Makati City. In this critical role, you will be the first line of defense, overseeing advanced monitoring protocols to ensure the safety of our personnel and assets. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our physical security infrastructure, including high-end CCTV systems, Video Management Software (VMS), and integrated Access Control systems.
We are looking for a professional with a background in Criminology or a related field who possesses a deep understanding of incident management and security compliance. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will lead a team of operators, conduct troubleshooting on security hardware, and ensure all activities adhere to strict corporate security standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the security surveillance team, ensuring 24/7 monitoring coverage.
- Perform advanced monitoring of CCTV and VMS infrastructure to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Execute troubleshooting and maintenance coordination for malfunctioning surveillance hardware and access control devices.
- Manage incident response protocols, ensuring timely documentation and escalation of security breaches or system anomalies.
- Audit security logs and surveillance records to ensure full compliance with internal company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement team schedules, performance evaluations, and training programs regarding new security technologies.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or internal stakeholders during security audits and investigations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a surveillance, security operations center (SOC), or loss prevention role.
- Strong working knowledge of VMS software, IP-based camera systems, and electronic access control panels.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a high-stakes environment.
- Proficiency in security report writing and digital evidence management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
