Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations and patrolling duties across the assigned facilities in Batu Kawan.
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of security officers to ensure high standards of conduct and performance.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and respond promptly to alarms or security breaches.
- Enforce access control policies to regulate entry and exit of personnel and visitors.
- Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and daily logs for management review.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services during critical incidents.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and drills to ensure team readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Security Management, Military Service, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
- Valid Malaysian Security Agency License (Sijil Pengurusan Agensi Keselamatan).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in using security monitoring software and reporting tools.
