- Design and deliver comprehensive security training programs for hospital staff
- Supervise and maintain robotics systems including surveillance drones and patrol robots
- Develop security protocols aligned with healthcare industry standards
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular equipment audits and maintenance schedules
- Manage team performance through coaching and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with MOH security regulations and hospital policies
- Collaborate with IT department on cybersecurity integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Robotics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in security supervision or robotics management
- Valid Security Supervisor certification (Singapore Police Force)
- Proficiency in robotics programming and security system integration
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in healthcare security protocols preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore's Private Security Industry Act
- Certification in emergency response and crisis management
