Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the engineering and industrial sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Analyze client technical requirements to propose bespoke engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to ensure project viability and smooth delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the sales process to build trust.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of sales opportunities within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a market advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development within an engineering firm.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and dedication to client success.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit project sites and client offices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional CRM software.
