- Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-converting opportunities
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages optimized for maximum conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEM
- Manage SEM budget effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SEM campaign management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proven track record of successful SEM campaigns with measurable results
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
