Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) with continuous optimization for ROAS
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis for SEO and PPC initiatives
- Implement technical SEO audits and on-page optimization to improve organic rankings
- Develop conversion-focused landing pages and ad copy to maximize lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights
- Coordinate cross-functional digital marketing initiatives with content and social teams
- Generate monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven experience managing Google Ads and SEO campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs), and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
- Experience in home living, e-commerce, or industrial sectors preferred
- Certified Google Ads or Google Analytics professional a plus
