Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to implement strategic improvements based on partner feedback.
- Drive partner revenue growth through effective account management and proactive strategy execution.
- Resolve partner issues and operational challenges efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare regular reports and business reviews to track KPI performance against targets.
- Support the onboarding of new partners, ensuring they are fully aligned with Cove Living's standards and service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, partner relations, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and driving measurable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
