You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and high-level pitching to closing deals and managing complex client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels in fast-paced environments, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across ads and event services.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, cold-calling, pitching, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and marketing leaders.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and creative proposals tailored to client-specific objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure seamless event and ad campaign execution.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and service improvements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in advertising, media, or event management.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and event production workflows in the Indonesian market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
