Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across ads and event services.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, cold-calling, pitching, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and marketing leaders.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and creative proposals tailored to client-specific objectives.
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure seamless event and ad campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and service improvements.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in advertising, media, or event management.
- Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and event production workflows in the Indonesian market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
