Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for driving business growth and building long-term client relationships? Centrin Online Prima is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our expanding team in Bandung.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our key hospitality accounts. You will be responsible for identifying unique opportunities for service improvement, proposing innovative digital tools, and streamlining processes to help our clients excel in a competitive market. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between our technical solutions and the specific needs of the hospitality sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term partnership growth and retention.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and propose bespoke tools and processes for clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our technical teams and key hospitality stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance metrics and ensure service delivery aligns with client goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and contract renewals to secure consistent revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the implementation of new solutions.
- Monitor market trends in the hospitality industry to provide actionable insights to our product development team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the hospitality or tech-solutions industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to propose and implement new processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Indonesian and English.
- A deep understanding of CRM software and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing a high-performing portfolio of clients.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
