Are you a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the Eastern Indonesia (KTI) market? Indonusa Telemedia (Transvision) is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to lead our strategic expansion in Makassar and the surrounding KTI region.

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our corporate business growth. You will be responsible for maintaining existing high-value revenue streams while aggressively identifying new market opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can cultivate long-term partnerships, navigate complex B2B sales cycles, and ensure that Transvision remains the premier choice for corporate telecommunications and media solutions in Eastern Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand Transvision's corporate market share across the Makassar and KTI regions.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new corporate clients while effectively managing and nurturing the existing high-value portfolio.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with corporate stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic business reviews for management.
  • Represent Transvision as a brand ambassador to build presence and authority in the Eastern Indonesian business community.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B account management or corporate sales, preferably within telecommunications, media, or IT services.
  • Strong existing professional network and deep market knowledge of Makassar and Eastern Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned KTI territory.
