Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to drive revenue growth for the Power Products division.
- Identify and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target industries to secure long-term partnerships.
- Create and present custom-tailored 'total solutions' roadmaps that align with specific client power infrastructure needs.
- Execute 'way-to-market' strategies by analyzing regional trends and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure project delivery excellence and product integration.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and technical proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for quarterly business reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B account management, specifically within the power, energy, or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex product benefits into business value.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in the Jakarta/Indonesian market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel as required to manage client accounts across the region.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
