We are looking for a highly organized and experienced individual to manage and optimize our accounts payable functions in Batam Kota, Kepulauan Riau.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the AP cycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve verifying complex billing documents from vendors and internal departments, managing the end-to-end payment process, and ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/26, VAT). You will collaborate directly with departments like PTVP to streamline financial processes and resolve discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and process all incoming vendor invoices and billing documents for the Batam branch, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strict compliance with company policies.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice coding, approval routing, booking in the accounting system, payment scheduling, and disbursement.
- Coordinate with internal departments (PTVP) to ensure all supporting documents (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, contracts) are complete and properly approved.
- Reconcile vendor statements, aging reports, and accounts on a regular basis, promptly resolving any discrepancies or billing issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all AP transactions, supporting monthly financial closing and internal/external audit requirements.
- Monitor and track payment deadlines, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently and on schedule to optimize vendor relationships.
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls, SOPs, and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the AP function.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the energy, infrastructure, or large-scale operations sectors.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/26, VAT) and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise effectively across different departments and levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
