Stanford Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and highly analytical Senior Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations in Jakarta Pusat. This is a pivotal role within our growing organization, requiring a professional who is well-versed in the full life-cycle of accounting and capable of maintaining financial integrity in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, and providing management with the financial insights necessary for strategic planning. We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise in PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including month and year-end processes.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with PSAK.
- Lead the company's tax compliance activities, including preparation and filing of PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, and Corporate Income Tax.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity for operations.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process by acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and internal control principles.
- Provide recommendations to management for improving financial systems and operational efficiencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and professional certification (Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional fluency in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
