Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the complete cycle of commercial expense accruals, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all sales and marketing spend.
- Partner with sales and marketing departments to review budgets, analyze variances, and provide strategic financial guidance.
- Lead the month-end close process for commercial accounts, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analyses.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities by providing requested documentation and resolving audit inquiries.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the commercial accounting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong focus on general ledger, accruals, or commercial finance.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and US GAAP.
- Proven experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industry is a distinct advantage.
