Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Lead treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management.
- Prepare and finalize accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with MFRS/MPERS accounting standards and statutory requirements, including SST and corporate tax filings.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audit processes, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors.
- Analyze financial performance and variances, providing meaningful insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing historical data and financial projections.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL, or Autocount).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysiaâs statutory laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for data analysis.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
