Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual and seasonal marketing and event plans to increase mall traffic.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of promotional activities, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, providing actionable insights for future optimization.
- Collaborate closely with retail tenants to align promotional calendars and drive synergy between mall events and tenant sales.
- Oversee departmental budget allocation, ensuring all expenditures are cost-effective and yield measurable ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of retail industry trends and competitor promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in advertising, promotions, or event management, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and traditional advertising channels.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
