Macquarie Group is looking for an experienced Senior AI Delivery Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative artificial intelligence solutions within the Risk Management Group. In this critical role, you will be responsible for steering complex AI initiatives from initial concept through to full-scale deployment. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI strategies align with Macquarie's risk management goals and operational excellence standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and Machine Learning projects within the Risk Management Group.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure project success.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI solutions, prioritizing features that drive business value.
- Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, communicating technical progress and risks clearly.
- Ensure delivery adheres to Macquarie’s governance frameworks, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical challenges and resource constraints.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve delivery velocity and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML delivery, project management, or product ownership in the financial services sector.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of machine learning models, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) are a plus.
