We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our HQ Finance department in Indonesia. In this critical 12-month contract role, you will play an integral part in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses: Garena, Shopee, and SeaMoney.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the group. As a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the region. You will contribute significantly to the month-end close process, perform detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast, and assist in the development of sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance. You will also support process improvements and automation initiatives to scale our reporting capabilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute the month-end close process for assigned business units, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations for senior leadership
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing insights on business drivers and key assumptions
- Collaborate with business partners across Garena, Shopee, and SeaMoney to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with local GAAP/IFRS requirements
- Drive process improvements and automation within the reporting function to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects to support strategic business decisions
- Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit requests during interim and year-end audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is highly preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or financial planning & analysis, ideally within a multinational or technology company
- Strong understanding of IFRS/PSAK and internal control frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
