Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Develop predictive analytics models and machine learning solutions for educational outcomes
- Create real-time dashboards and reporting systems for educational stakeholders
- Optimize data warehouse architecture for performance and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for educational platforms
- Lead data quality initiatives and establish governance frameworks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in data engineering or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy) and cloud data platforms
- Experience with data warehousing tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Strong background in ETL/ELT processes and data modeling
- Familiarity with educational technology or SaaS platforms preferred
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
