Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design development and documentation of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, interior design, and other disciplines to create integrated design solutions
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance on technical and design matters
- Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional architectural experience
- Valid license to practice architecture in the Philippines
- Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical proficiency
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
