Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Manage the preparation of comprehensive architectural plans, sections, and elevations using industry-standard BIM and CAD software.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and technical feasibility.
- Oversee construction administration to ensure the design vision is accurately executed on-site.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and designers within the studio.
- Ensure all designs incorporate sustainable building practices and meet international green building standards.
- Lead client presentations and project meetings, effectively communicating design intent and project progress.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Architect (PRC) with a minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful project management from concept through construction.
- Strong knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines and other relevant environmental regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong aesthetic sense with a deep commitment to sustainable and modern architectural design principles.
