Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level corporate secretarial support for a portfolio of SC Ventures entities in Singapore and various international jurisdictions.
- Draft board and committee minutes, resolutions, and agendas, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with internal governance standards.
- Coordinate and manage the full cycle of board meetings, annual general meetings, and special general meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing of regulatory returns with ACRA and other global regulatory bodies.
- Advise on best practices for corporate governance, ensuring all venture entities adhere to Standard Chartered’s rigorous internal policies.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and tax teams to facilitate group restructuring, capital injections, and entity incorporation or liquidation processes.
- Manage the use of electronic board portal systems to streamline communication and document security.
Kualifikasi
- Chartered Secretary (ICSA/ACG) or law degree/relevant professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, ideally within a multinational financial institution or a large law firm.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, agile, or startup-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-border legal and compliance structures is a distinct advantage.
- High level of professional integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
