  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of NTU and its colleges.
  • Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Manage media relations, including proactive outreach, press releases, and crisis communications.
  • Oversee digital content creation across websites, social media, and other platforms to ensure engaging and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and academic departments to align communications with organizational goals and key initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze communications metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson and adviser on communications best practices across the university.
  • Plan and execute high-impact events and campaigns that engage stakeholders and promote brand identity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic communications planning, media relations, and crisis management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring and developing staff.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
