- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage external media relations, including press releases, interviews, and press conferences.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing partnership initiatives to drive business growth.
- Craft and oversee high-quality content for newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and media inquiries.
- Monitor and report on communication metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Advise senior leadership on public image and crisis management strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
- Proven experience working within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
