- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with organizational goals in the community care sector.
- Lead content creation efforts, producing compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia assets for websites, social media, print, and corporate communications.
- Manage media relations and act as a key spokesperson, building strong relationships with journalists and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Drive internal communications initiatives to ensure staff are engaged, informed, and aligned with the company’s vision and values.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on communication metrics to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch impactful campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the corporate brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage crisis communications and develop protocols to protect the organization's reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in the healthcare, community care, or non-profit sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies and content marketing plans.
- Strong proficiency in digital and social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing media relations and acting as a company spokesperson is highly desirable.
