Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of frontline security officers to ensure high performance, discipline, and morale.
- Oversee daily operations, including shift scheduling, roster planning, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance service satisfaction and retention.
- Handle emergency situations, incident reporting, and crisis management with professionalism.
- Manage administrative tasks, including preparing reports, handling grievances, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security operations, facilities management, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in team leadership, conflict resolution, and manpower management.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, local regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
