Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze Large-Scale Datasets: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Develop Data Models: Design, build, and maintain robust data models and pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Dashboard Creation: Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance and healthcare professionals, to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and forecasts to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role within the financial services or healthcare sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Solid understanding of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach problems analytically, troubleshoot data issues, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
