Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data management frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve data quality across core systems, implementing automated checks and validation workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver robust solutions that support informed business decision-making.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data, from acquisition and transformation to archiving.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data governance policies, guiding junior team members and promoting data literacy.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new data technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reporting on data integrity metrics to provide visibility into system health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in data management, data governance, or financial operations.
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, or R and experience in working with large-scale enterprise databases.
- Demonstrated experience in managing data quality initiatives and implementing data lifecycle policies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to non-technical partners.
- Experience in the financial services sector or highly regulated environments is highly advantageous.
