Join Brahm Capital Partners as a Senior Associate in Digital Infrastructure Investment and lead the execution and modeling of digital infrastructure mandates across Southeast Asia. This pivotal role combines strategic financial acumen with deep industry expertise to drive growth in fiber, tower, and data center sectors. You'll work within a lean private equity team, identifying high-impact opportunities and structuring complex transactions that shape the region's digital backbone. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure projects while honing your investment analysis skills in a dynamic market environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, due diligence, and stakeholder management within the digital infrastructure ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end deal execution for digital infrastructure investments including fiber networks, telecom towers, and data centers
- Develop sophisticated financial models for valuation, scenario analysis, and investment committee presentations
- Conduct rigorous due diligence on technical, regulatory, and market aspects of infrastructure assets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including operators, developers, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities for existing investments
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing investment memorandums and investor materials
- Stay abreast of Southeast Asian digital infrastructure trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure advisory with digital infrastructure focus
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Strong understanding of digital infrastructure assets (fiber, towers, data centers) and SE Asian market dynamics
- Proven track record in deal execution from origination to closing
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
