Tanggung Jawab
- Perform expert installation of various dashcam systems, including front, rear, and multi-channel setups, ensuring optimal functionality and seamless integration.
- Apply high-quality window tinted films with precision, ensuring bubble-free finishes and adherence to legal specifications and customer preferences.
- Conduct thorough pre-installation checks and post-installation quality assurance to guarantee customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any installation-related issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.
- Educate customers on product features, operation, and maintenance best practices for dashcams and window tints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior installers, sharing best practices and contributing to team skill development.
- Manage inventory of installation materials and tools, ensuring availability and proper care.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive installation, specifically with dashcam systems and window tinting.
- Demonstrated expertise in wiring, electrical systems, and secure mounting techniques for automotive accessories.
- Proficiency in various window tinting application methods, including heat shrinking and precise cutting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an energetic team environment.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license in Singapore is preferred.
- Technical certification in automotive services or related fields is a plus.
