Changi General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Technician to join our Education Administration Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive audiovisual and e-learning technical support, ensuring seamless technology integration across our educational programs and facilities.
You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing AV systems and e-learning platforms including Blackboard (Anthology) to support our medical education initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality audiovisual experiences for students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive audiovisual technical support for educational presentations, lectures, and conferences
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment including projectors, displays, audio systems, and video conferencing tools
- Administer and support e-learning platforms such as Blackboard (Anthology) and related educational software
- Collaborate with faculty and educators to design and implement effective AV solutions for learning environments
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventive maintenance checks on all AV and educational technology equipment
- Respond to technical support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Train end-users on AV systems and e-learning platform functionality
- Assist in the setup and execution of virtual and hybrid learning events
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Audiovisual Technology, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AV systems installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in managing and supporting e-learning platforms (Blackboard/Anthology preferred)
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, and speakers
- Experience with video conferencing systems and streaming technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
