Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily production of baked goods to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Lead and mentor junior bakers within the kitchen team to foster skill development.
- Develop innovative recipes and seasonal menu items that align with brand standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of all products for service.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods and packaging.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Senior Baker or Pastry Chef.
- Demonstrated expertise in various baking techniques, breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Valid food hygiene and safety certification (e.g., Singapore Food Agency standards).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food cost control and portioning.
- Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Employment Pass holder preferred.
