Kualifikasi
- 5+ years professional baking experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Proven ability to develop and test new recipes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (HACCP preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments
