Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for hospitality and event management? 99 Coffee Roaster is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Banquet Sales to join our expanding team in Yogyakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our banquet operations, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with an extensive network in the hospitality or events sector. You will be responsible for creating bespoke banquet packages, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that every event exceeds client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize banquet and event revenue.
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the Yogyakarta market.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Conduct professional site tours and presentations for potential clients to showcase venue capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure seamless event execution from inquiry to post-event feedback.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance tracking for management.
- Participate in industry networking events to promote 99 Coffee Roaster’s event services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Banquet Sales, Event Sales, or Hotel Catering.
- Strong understanding of the Yogyakarta hospitality market and local event trends.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales quotas.
