- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for foodpanda, foodora, and other key brands
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
- Oversee brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Drive brand awareness and preference through innovative marketing initiatives
- Manage brand reputation and crisis communications effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and sales
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
- Mentor and develop a high-performing brand marketing team
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of brand management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing iconic consumer brands
- Experience in the food delivery, e-commerce, or technology sector preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and emerging marketing technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
