Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of brand management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing brands in the Indonesian market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate brand vision
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing projects
