About the Role

- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand growth in the FMCG, consumer health, and personal care markets
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities for brand positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure alignment on brand initiatives
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports and actionable insights for senior management
- Manage brand budget allocation and optimize spending strategies for maximum ROI across all marketing channels

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG, consumer health, or personal care industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive business results
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in market research, data interpretation, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Experience working in multinational corporations or matrix organizations is highly advantageous
