Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business; MBA or relevant master's preferred
- 5+ years brand management experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful brands in competitive markets
- Expertise in market research, consumer analytics, and campaign measurement
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital analytics platforms
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; excellent presentation and communication skills
